Nobody knows me really. Unless you want to. I am Martin, 27 years old, an IT support specialist from Makati Philippines.
They say I am a thinker but I am really emotional. I am street smart but I do not even know how to cross the streets. I eat in the turo-turo but I insist on not drinking the water being served. I feel empty and sad but I am normally jolly. I party hard when being asked out but I am actually a homebuddy. I can drink with you the whole night without passing out but I force myself to vomit the next day just to take out all the alcohol in my body. I do not feel comfortable shirtless in public but I have actually stripped while dancing on the bar stage. I am very athletic. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, do yoga and play badminton but I smoke and sleep late. I like ordering salad but I rarely eat vegetables. I detest accounting and finance but I earned 1.25 in accounting and finance for my MBA. I will never work for the government but my family is into politics. I do not know how to disassemble my personal computer but I work for the biggest IT company in the world. I do not go to church but I pray every night and was a member of a Church choir. I have stage fright but I like to sing infront of my friends and family. I feel burdened supporting my family financially but I have never stopped assisting them. I cannot leave the house without my digital organizer but I only open it once every 2 weeks. I specifically bought an mp3 phone but I do not even listen to it. I am a windows fanatic but I use mac. I am annoyed with forwarded quotes and messages but I send tons of them to people. I am perceived as aloof but I am actually friendly. I look down at local celebrities but I actually have around 50 personal photos taken with a celebrity.

I am a dreamer. I am hopeful and optimistic. I am comfortable with my sexuality. I would like to meet someone who has no qualms with his sexuality, someone who knows what to do with his life. I am interested with people who have their own sense of style, somebody humorous, funny, friendly and sympathetic. I like to kiss and talk and I like to be with somebody who can talk and listen for hours. I am appreciative and supportive so I like if he has an interesting hobby. I live on my own so I like him to be independent minded and strong. I am a boss at work but I like if he takes charge and manages while I support and take care of him. It would help if he is financially mature. I like to socialize and I want my partner to be an entertainer.
All these things, I hope he takes me by surprise. I like romance, I like fairytales and I like happy endings. I wish for “meant-to-bes” and “serendipities”. I like chances and accidents. I like moments that I can cherish. I live to get experience. I wish he can tip the balance and take me out my norms and comforts, someone who can go out with me and explore.
I want memories and I want him forever – with me.
